Welcome to Vyaptrix Infotech Pvt. Ltd. 
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms.


1. Use of Service

Our platform facilitates payments, including Credit Card to Bank transfers and credit card bill payments through authorized banking and payment partners.

The user agrees to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations.


2. Account Ownership & Fund Transfer Restriction

Funds must be transferred only to the cardholder’s own bank account or towards dues on the same credit card.

Transfers to third parties, agents, friends, relatives, or unknown persons are strictly prohibited, even if requested by the user.


3. Processing Timelines

While most transactions are processed instantly, certain transactions may be subject to delays due to banking networks, settlement cycles, or technical reasons. In such exceptional cases, processing may take up to three (3) working days.


4. Charges & Surcharges

Banks or card issuers may levy additional fees such as utility, processing, or other charges.
Additional pricing may apply for American Express, Diners, EMI, wallet, or corporate/business cards, as determined by the issuing bank.

Users are advised to review their card statements carefully.


5. Customer Confirmation

By proceeding with the transaction, the user confirms:

  • awareness of applicable charges

  • authorization to use the card

  • correctness of beneficiary details

Transaction confirmation or invoice will be made available.


6. KYC & Compliance

We reserve the right to request identity verification, documentation, or additional information at any time.

Transactions suspected to be unauthorized, illegal, or non-compliant may be declined, held, or reported as required by law.


7. Role of the Company

Vyaptrix Infotech Pvt. Ltd. acts only as a payment facilitator / technology provider and is not a bank or financial institution.


8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be responsible for delays, failures, or additional charges arising from:

  • banking networks

  • card issuers

  • regulatory actions

  • incorrect details provided by the user


9. Disputes

Any dispute must be reported to our support team within the prescribed timeline along with required documents.


10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
